Jeremy Canova is a creative and curious chef who began Soda Room Kitchen in the back of Sidecar market as a way to share his passion for quality food in his home town of Deland.

Where did did the name Soda Room Kitchen come from?

It has to do with the history of the building. In 1886 there was a large fire that burnt most of the city to the ground but as the story goes 100s woodland was saved by seltzer water stored in the back room of the building. Where the kitchen is currently located.
